Weekly Update

Yesterday evening was a masterclass in print panelling. Our annual print panel competition was judged by Chris Palmer FRPS, APAGB, EFIAP, DPAGB. Chris serves as Chair on the RPS Visual Art Panel for Associate and Fellowship distinctions as well as being an assessor ont he Landscape Panel. He has a reputation as an excellent appraiser of panels from his long experience in many camera clubs having visited just under 300, as well as judging many regional, national and international exhibitions. Chris took time to critique each panel and give some really helpful advice. Commendations were awarded to: Michael Davison, Jeff Owen and Frank Sandbach. 3rd was Lynne Owen, 2nd Julia Wainwright and 1st Phil Shaw. The panel shown is Phil’s.
