Reminder – Pre-Exhibition Meeting Thursday 1st August
Just a reminder that the Annual Exhibition Pre Exhibition Meeting is coming up on Thursday – Tangmere Village Centre at 7.30pm as usual. We are hoping for a good turn-out as we also need to hold a short Extraordinary General Meeting to address outstanding matters from the AGM in May, as well as addressing remaining arrangement for our Preview Evening on Friday 9th August and the Exhibition Week – Saturday 10th to Saturday 17th August. Remember that the Preview Evening is a social occasion for all club members, their families, friends and invited guests.
I also want to remind everyone to bring their diaries/calendars, and their wallets. The Exhibition Catalogue will be on sale, and we will be looking for donations (cash preferred) for the Preview Evening catering.
We also still need volunteers for Stewarding during the week of the Exhibition – plenty of spaces available.
