PDI Competition Secretary Post

I started doing this role back in 2014-15, so as we come up to 10 years next season (2024-25) I think it would be good for the club to bring new blood into this role. It makes sense to have someone shadow me this season to become familiar with the software and processes and be ready to take over (with ongoing support) next season.

In outline it involves using the PhotoComp software to define and run the various PDI competitions we have during the year, including the exhibition PDIs and PDI of the year. On a competition night you would run the competition, project the entries, record the scores and liaise with the judge. The results then need to be published to the website.

This role does not involve running the website itself or other club IT roles, they are separate functions.
