North Mundham – All Members

It’s just three weeks now to the North Mundham exhibition and we need help please!

While only Advanced Members can exhibit (Intermediate and Club have an exhibition in the spring) it is an all Club event. It’s a brilliant chance to spend time socially chatting to other folk, enjoying the lunches, cakes and refreshments and for getting inspiration about how Intermediate and Club members might present their own work in their exhibition free of the limitations of competition rules.

And we do need help from all please to make it all run smoothly and raise funds for the Club.

• Tombola Carmel Lynch and Lynne Owen are collecting items for the tombola, GOOD quality unwanted Christmas gifts are idea, bottles of wine go down well, and children toys encourage the parents to take part for them. Please bring offerings to the Club at our next Tangmere meeting, Thursday 16th January.
• Publicity You can help spread the word about the event by posting on your Social Media accounts link here NM Poster and by picking up flyers next week to distribute
• Sales table There won’t be a sales table this year as Jon and Joan Barnham who have run this for us for many years are stepping aside. This means we might not be able to have greetings cards for sale unless someone is willing to oversea that. Any takers please?
• Strong Arm Gang Mike Harris and Brian Muir will need more bodies to help collect, set up and then return all the kit, the more the easier the task. Use the comment section below to volunteer.
• Evening Meal This is open to all members but limited to 40 and places book up fast. If you want to know more or to book, here’s the booking form. NM Evening meal
• Jeff Owen will be reminding you about PDI entries (deadline 17th January) and to bring Photobooks along
• Sarah Nichol is looking for daily catering volunteers and donations of cake – look out for separate posts for these.

A reminder too for all print exhibitors to get their biographies in to Jennie Anderson and their Print Raffle donations to Caroline and Margret Preece.
