Weekly update
On Thursday, the 3rd Club/Intermediate competition was judged by professional photographer Andrew Mills MA, who was impressed especially by the quality of entries in the Club Class. Congratulations to all the entrants and particularly to Lesley Garwood, who came top of the Club league table and to Clifford Thomas, who won the Intermediate league. Please note that the meeting on Thursday 28th March will be by Zoom. There will be no meeting at Tangmere.
An exhibition of photographs documenting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the occupation of Mariupol and the Azovstal Iron and Steel Works will be showing at the University of Chichester until 8th April. Admission is free.

On 27th/28th April, the Southern Counties Photographic Association are hosting the PAGB Awards for Photographic Merit at Queen Mary’s College, Basingstoke. Tickets are available from https://southerncountiespf.org.uk/apm-tickets/
The Print Panel competition will be held on 4th April. Entries on the night but remember to bring 2 copies of the hanging plan. Up to six single images in 40 x 50 cm mounts only.
Entries for the 3rd Advanced PDI competition are due by 28th March.
