Spring Exhibition Reminders
This is now only 3 weeks away! If you have not already registered
there are a some boards left. Just go to the Exhibitions page on the website, download the registration form and email it to me at nicholsarahccc@gmail.com as soon as possible.
For those already registered just a reminder that you need to email your personal statement to me by 24th March (next week). I also need a hanging plan in colour of your proposed exhibit by 24th March. I would prefer if this could be a paper copy but understand that some of you may not yet be coming to the club. In which case you can email it to me. This is so that we can coordinate the Exhibition.
If you are entering PDIs they should be entered via the usual method on the club website. Jeff has extended the deadline for this until at least this Sunday, 20th March.
We need prizes for the raffle, a bottle or a box of chocolates or the like, and, nearer the time, cakes, preferably home made, for refreshments.
Next week I shall begin to ask for volunteers for collecting the stands and helping with putting up the display boards for the exhibition as well as various jobs during the weekend.
