Please help make the Annual Exhibition a success

There’s been a tremendous amount of background work since the deadline for submissions back in May and we are all ready for the the key dates, starting with the Members’ Pre Exhibition Meeting on Thursday 25th July at 7.30 at Tangmere Village Centre. There is a separate post about what you can expect at the meeting, but we’d also appreciate your help that evening with the following, even if you didn’t submit any work to the exhibition: –

  • We need six or so bottles of good wine for our Preview raffle, if you could donate a bottle please
  • Please pick up some flyers to distribute to publicise the exhibition
  • Let Sara Nichol know that you can bring finger food along for the Preview Evening buffet and/ or cakes for the exhibition ‘cafe’
  • Please publicise the event on your social media, below you’ll find a link to the flyer that you might also be able to use
