Participation in Selection Committee Activities
The Club Selection Committee has worked together for several years and has helped the Club to be one of the most successful within the Southern Counties Photographic Federation.

I would like to encourage more members to consider getting on the Selection Committee principally from the Advanced class as this is the first requirement. However, I want to persuade all members to consider becoming an observer. This does not require any special skills or knowledge but the willingness to learn. Two of our current Selection Committee members started as observers and are very accomplished photographers, regularly getting International acceptances and awards. What it does require is to attend the selection days and some external exhibitions. There are no restrictions on how many observers we have within reason and this could help with inspiration for your own photography.
