North Mundham – The Clock’s Ticking!
With only hours to go now before the set up and opening of the exhibition, it’s all hands to the pump. The working party have been working flat out and now we need your help to make sure North Mundham lives up to its reputation as one of the south east’s most respected and enjoyable exhibitions.

- Print raffle – if you haven’t yet given Margret Preece your donation for the print raffle, please bring it along to the Club this evening.
- Refreshments – Sarah Nichol is still looking for additional help in the kitchen, she’ll have the rota with her tonight if you haven’t already signed up.
- Cakes – please being cakes along for the cafe, tonight or on Saturday, or give Sarah the cash to buy cakes.
- Photo books – remember you can bring photobooks to share, either on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
- Publicity – you’ll have seen the road side posters up around Chichester these past few days, and direction arrows nearer to North Mundham are going up today. Please do what you can to encourage people to come along – there will be flyers available at the Club this evening.
- Greetings Cards – If you have cards to sell, you can bring those along (all Club members, not just Advanced) . You must have your own stand, and make a good list of the number and price of cards. There is a commission of 15% to the Club on all sales.
- Tombola – we still need good quality items, such as unwanted Christmas presents – for the tombola. Again, please bring them this evening.
And finally! Do come along – you’ll see interesting work free of the limits of the competition rules, be inspired for ways to develop and present your own work (the Spring Exhibition comes along next), have a chance to chat to other members, and get a tasty lunch or (or indeed, and) get a lovely piece of cake with a drink!
