Annual Exhibition rota and refreshments

Please check the stewarding and refreshment rota to make sure that the dates and times are OK for you. You can find it on the exhibition page of the website once you are logged in.

Preview Evening refreshments – We need some finger food for the buffet please (or a donation beforehand!). Please bring the food to the assembly room on the Friday night by about 6.30 to allow us to set it out.

We also need cakes for refreshments during the week. We have found that homemade are definitely the most popular! Again a donation is always welcome in lieu of a cake!
