Tangmere Village Centre (Hall) Car Park
Tangmere Parish Council have advised us that ‘with effect from Monday 6 January 2025 for a period of up to twelve weeks (to 28 March 2025), works are being undertaken to resurface the Car Park at the Village Hall. These works will be carried out in two phases. For the first eight weeks (Phase One) the overflow car park and the eastern side of the car park will be inaccessible and just the western side of the carpark and the disabled bays will be available to park. For the final four weeks (Phase Two), this will be reversed. There might also be several days during the period of works when all the car park is inaccessible for example when resurfacing the entrance or installing the height barrier. Further emails will be sent to advise of these dates as and when we are notified by the contractors.
We apologise in advance for the inevitable inconvenience these works will cause. We would also ask that if it is at all possible could anyone who uses the car park to park in all day such as members of staff from the Nursery or Dental Surgery please consider parking elsewhere or alternatively tandem park with colleagues in order to free up as much space as possible to enable parking for dental surgery patients, parents picking up and dropping off their children for the Nursery and those attending activities at the Hall.’
Please help us to help them by thinking about car sharing and parking respectfully. Many thanks for your help with this.
