SCPF PDI League Round 7

On Tuesday evening Winchester Photographic Society hosted Round 7 of the PDI League, judged by Jon Mitchell.

It was another close match but Newbury were the winners with 68.5 points, Fordingbridge were second with 67.5 points and we were third with 67 points. We had one 10 awarded for Braving the Storm by Jim Munday.

We remain top of Division 2, three points above Newbury but more significantly we are now ten points above third-placed Winchester, which means we are guaranteed to finish in the top two and will be promoted to Division 1 next season.

The final round is at Basingstoke on 27th March and will be judged by David Smith, who will also be judging our exhibition this year. This round will determine whether we finish first or second in Division 2 and also which of our eight images will be used to represent the club at the Finals Day PDI competition in May.
