Happy Birthday Chichester Camera Club

Our past (just) President David Abbott has enlightened us today with some facts from the history of the Club he has spent time researching:

“On this day, 18th August 1949, a few like minded individuals met in the studios of Charles Howard in Eastgate Square and agreed to form Chichester Camera Club.

So when you have a moment, why not raise a glass to Walter Morgan, Charlie Howard and the other founding fathers of 75 years ago!

I only came across it last evening whilst looking for something else (as one does).”
