Emergency contact information

To cover the rare occasions when someone is taken ill at a Club meeting or on a photoshoot, for example, it is very helpful if the Club knows who to contact on your behalf in an emergency. Otherwise, there can be a long delay before the appropriate person can be notified. The law on data protection (GDPR) means we can only store this information with your explicit consent.
