1st Advanced Print Competition
We were delighted to welcome back to Chichester Camera Club Jim Pascoe to judge the 1st Advanced Print Competition this week. Jim gave a fast paced, sometimes humorous commentary as he worked through 63 prints from 21 Advanced CCC members. Jim gave constructive feedback on the technical elements which we could all learn from as well as how he felt about the photograph. There was the usual great range of photographic genres and various styles from a feeling of space, impressionistic and soft to dark, dingy and moody as described by Jim. Thank you Jim.
Thursday 10th November Club and Intermediate Prints Deadline
The deadline for Club and Intermediate Prints to be handed in, is Thursday 10th of November. You have just under two weeks to get your prints ready. We would love to see you take this opportunity to get feedback on your photos – one of the best ways to develop your skills, both in taking the photo and in the printing, as well as progress up the groups. This is a great way to put into practice what you have learnt in the developers, digital and print groups or in your experimenting at home.
Small Print Competition Deadline
Please not that the deadline is next Thursday 3rd However we are not at the club because it is a zoom meeting. Please bring your submissions on Thursday 10th November when we will advise you of whether they will be judged that evening or at a later date.
