Spring Exhibition 26 – 3 weeks to go!
At the moment we have 26 screens being used meaning we have 4 still available. If you would like to enter please contact me at exhibitions@chichestercameraclub.org.uk as soon as possible
We have fewer people entering PDIs at the moment so if you haven’t thought about it please do so. Remember that you are eligible if you are club or intermediate for PDIs. They do have to be uploaded by this coming Thursday but there is no charge for this entry.
Please collect fliers from Tangmere and distribute far and wide.
A few reminders for all (not just those who have entered!)
- We need prizes for the raffle, a bottle or a box of chocolates or the like, and, nearer the time, cakes, preferably home-made, for refreshments. (or money so that we can buy them from a farm shop!)
- Mike Harris needs volunteers for collecting the stands and helping with putting up the display boards for the exhibition.
- We need volunteers for various jobs over the weekend. You can find a copy of the Rota on the website under Exhibitions – Spring Exhibition – Rota. I will be updating this as I get volunteers.
An exhibition dinner will be held at the Walnut Tree, Vinnetrow Road, Chichester, PO20 1QB on the Saturday evening at 7.15 for 7.30 p.m.and is open to everyone not only exhibitors , plus partners if they can put up with us! I will add a file with the menus on the website by9th March. Please send your choices to me at exhibitions@chichestercameraclub.org.uk by Tuesday 24th March.
