SCPF Print League Champions
Last Thursday I went to Newbury Photography Club for the final round of this season’s SCPF Print League where we had to finish above Southampton to stay top of the league.
We did it in style, with five prints held back, three of which scored 10s and we finished the evening in first place with 71 points, five points clear of Winchester while Southampton were in fourth place with 63.5.
That means we are the SCPF Print League Champions, four points ahead of Southampton. The final league table is available on the SCPF website here.
The top scoring print over the eight rounds will go forward to represent the club at the Finals day at Littleton in May and this year it is Sparrowhawk with Starling by Jim Munday, the featured image above.
The PDI League still has one round left and that takes place in Basingstoke on 27th March. We are currently top of Division 2, three points above Newbury and already guaranteed promotion to Division 1 next season.
