North Mundham – General

It’s just a matter of days now until our Advanced Members’ exhibition opens at North Mundham, with the set up on Friday 20th January. The exhibition might only show work by our Advanced Members but is for ALL Members, as is our Spring Exhibition, which showcases the work of Intermediate and Club Class Members, so here are some reminders.

There is only one meeting at the Tangmere Village Centre now until we open (this week being on Zoom) so we will really welcome donations for the Tombola then.

Exhibitors who haven’t yet donated a print for the Print Raffle should also bring those along.

Sarah Nichol and Chris Worsley are still looking to complete the stewarding rotas for daily catering and the evening meal (see Sarah’s post here https://chichestercameraclub.org.uk/north-mundham-catering-2/.)

The Sales Table will be running again this year so any kit you’d like to put up for sale should be brought to North Mundham on the Saturday (or Friday is you are setting up then). The Club does take a 15% commission on any sales, as it does for any Card Sales, which are not restricted to Advanced Members, and which should be brought along with your display stands.

At the time of writing there are still places available for the Saturday Evening Dinner (see separate post or find the booking form here NM Evening meal for details) but these must be booked by the evening of Friday 13th January.

Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their displays from 5pm to 6.30pm on Friday 20th January, and for taking these down and generally helping to clear up from 4pm on Sunday 22nd January.

Exhibitors are also very welcome to come along to the early morning preview for invited Friends of the Club, our regular judges and speakers, from 9am on Saturday morning, when there will be opportunities to talk to our guests more readily than during the more crowded public session from 10am.
