North Mundham Exhibition

It’s just nine weeks now to the North Mundham Exhibition and so we are going up a gear, with lots to finalise before opening on Saturday 3rd February.

Print Exhibition: There is still some space for Advanced Members for print displays, please contact me on rpsgroup@chichestercameraclub.org.uk for more information. If you haven’t paid yet, please do so now.

PDI Exhibition: The photocomp entry site is now open for all Advanced Members who would like to enter up to 6 PDIs.

Much needed help please: While it is only Advanced Members who can exhibit at North Mundham (just as only Club and Intermediate can show at the Spring Exhibition) it is an all Club event and a great opportunity to see different work, socialise and meet other Club members, so do please offer to help where you can.

  • Sarah Nichol will be looking for help with the daily catering (coffee, tea, cake and light lunches);
  • Chris Worsley for assistance with the Friday evening meal;
  • Vivien Ruddock with help with getting the publicity out;
  • Mike Harris and Brian Muir need strong arms to help get all the equipment to the hall, and
  • Carmel Lynch will be collecting for the Tombola (a perfect destination for any unwanted Christmas presents).

Print Raffle: Margret and Caroline Preece will be chasing all print exhibitors for one (or two) prints for the print raffle – a major fundraiser for the Club.

CORRECTION Saturday 3rd February Evening Meal: Margret will also be taking bookings for the evening meal – at just £20 for the meal and wine or fruit juice, a snip! (Originally incorrectly listed as Friday)

Sales table: We welcome Joan and John Barnham back again to run the sales table of pre-loved kit – if you have anything to add let me know please (a 15% commission on sales to the Club) and all members can bring along greetings cards etc for sale too (also subject to commission).

Print Exhibitor Biographies: Stephen Marsh will be producing these again and all print exhibitors are required to let Stephen have the necessary information by Thursday 14th December (details and contact in the information sheet exhibitors will have).

With Christmas and the New Year in between the exhibition will be on us very quickly so don’t hold back in offers of help and next week at the Club there will be a box out for Tombola donations and Sarah and Co will be after you with their volunteer rotas!
