Chair update

Morning All,

Just a quick note about this Thursday’s meeting.

We only have 27 prints for judging this week so our judge, Steve Kirby, has agreed to put on a surprise for the second half

It will again be a hybrid meeting so attendance at Tangmere and broadcast on zoom. All Government Covid precautions have been removed but that does not mean we will derelict in our duty of care to members. The precautions that will be in place are slightly different from last week and are as follows;

Please do not attend at Tangmere if you are not fully vaccinated.

Please take a lateral flow test on the day of the meeting and do not attend if it is positive.

Please bring warm clothing as the outer doors or windows may be opened at regular intervals for ventilation purposes.

It would be preferred if masks were worn but this is not compulsory.

You’ll be pleased to know that the kitchen will be open and serving coffee and tea during the break.

For information, your committee will be meeting very soon to discuss full opening at Tangmere in March.

I look forward to meeting more members at Tangmere this week as we move closer to full normality.
