Weekly Update

On Thursday evening we had the pleasure of the company of David Gibson who gave a presentation entitled ‘Street Photography in 2 parts, B&W and colour’ – except he decided to do it backwards and presented colour first. David certainly demonstrated his love of street photography by showing a selection of fabulous images featuring a lot of comedic content. He stressed the need to identify an opportunity and then have the patience to wait until the right image presented itself. It was an evening enjoyed by all present.

3rd Advanced Print Submission date – Please note the cut off date of 6th April for the 3rd Advanced Print comp. This is also the same evening as the Print Panel see further information below. We look forward to seeing your panels.

Annual Exhibition – The Annual Exhibition box will be available over the next few meetings for your images – yes it has indeed come around quickly!
