Annual Exhibition Update

The work behind the scenes continue. Prints have been checked, sorted and labelled. Judging has now taken place. Every single entry was judged. Every member who entered will have at least one print on show. There is now a selection process taking place to plan a cohesive and harmonious exhibition showing CCC at its best. As you will be aware we always have more prints than available exhibition display boards. This means that some images won’t be displayed. We know that you aware of this and understand that this is led by the selection committee.

In just six weeks time, the Members’ Pre-Exhibition meeting will take place on Thursday 31st July at Tangmere Village Centre at 7.30pm. Attendance is encouraged to address key Club business. The upcoming meeting will serve as the first opportunity to review the exhibition catalogue, available for £1.50. This event will also allow participants to see which of their entries have been accepted, and to discreetly check if they have received any awards. These awards will be presented during the Preview on Friday, August 8th at the Assembly Room.
