Weekly Update

Please take time to read the posts on this newsletter. There is some important information about the Annual Exhibition – submission date 22nd May – there will be no extensions because of the tight timetable. Further information can be found when you sign in to the website, under the documents tab, Annual Exhibition. If you can’t make next Thursday you can drop your prints off to the Tangmere Village Hall on Tuesday 20th at the RPS special interest group. We also need the steward and refreshment rotas filled which you can also find on the website. Please help to make the Annual Exhibition a great success. Thank you

Yesterday evening we enjoyed a very inspirational presentation by Gerry Coe. Gerry is based in Belfast. He was a professional photographer for almost 60 years. He now uses his iPhone to explore new ideas. His talk was about the possibilities and what can be done with a mobile device. We were taken on a tour of his professional photography journey with some very personal stories of living in Belfast over the decades. Gerry went on to show us how creative he has been with the many apps he has used with his iPhone. Thank you Gerry – a really informative evening. https://iphone-art.uk/work
