Special General Meeting

The Club’s financial report for the year ended 30th June has been reviewed by the Financial Examiners and is available on the website at Documents>Published Documents>Finance Reports>2024-25. The normal Special General Meeting to approve the accounts will be held at Tangmere on Thursday 30th November, alongside David Jenner’s presentation entitled ‘Landscapes – making the effort’, which will begin at 7:30pm as usual. Because the SGM is a formal procedure, we must have at least 25% of the membership present for it to be quorate, so please make every effort to attend. Please will you review the accounts and let me know at secretary@chichestercameraclub.org.uk by Friday 24th October if you have any questions, so there is time to answer them before the meeting.
