Fast approaching – the Annual Exhibition. Are you ready?

Less than two weeks to go! Have you delivered all your leaflets to friends, family, neighbours, people that you play bridge, ukulele, golf, tennis, drinking games with?

As we get closer, here’s a reminder about key dates and activities.

This Thursday, July 27, 7.30 at Tangmere: our Members’ Pre-Exhibition meeting

Here’s your chance to pick up more leaflets and posters; get an early view of the catalogue (and so prize winners!); see some of the stunning PDIs; eat cake and hear all about next season’s exciting programme. This is the opportunity to find out what you need to know and to ask questions.

Friday August 4 : Setting up and preview evening at the Assembly Room in Chichester

Arrive early to set up your panel and check out what what others are displaying.

At 7.30 our preview evening starts with cups and trophies for the lucky winners, plus wine and food for everyone.

Saturday August 5. The exhibition opens at 10 AM.

Saturday August 12 the exhibition closes at 5 PM. Exhibitors come and collect your prints. Please also help the heavy mob to pack up all the equipment and panels. There’s a lot to do in a short amount of time.
