Annual Exhibition Members’ Pre-meeting July 27

Please ensure you have July 27 in your diary as our Members’ Pre-Meeting for the Annual Exhibition. The meeting is at Tangmere and will start at 7.30 as per usual.

At the meeting we will be :

  • Getting an update on the preparations for the exhibitions
  • Outlining a few key points for exhibitors
  • Seeing a preview of the PDI presentation
  • Distributing the Certificates of Merit awarded in the judging
  • Hearing all about next season’s exciting programme

We will also have available the exhibition catalogues and the hardcopy programmes flyers. Exhibitors will be able to collect prints that have not been selected.

Raffle Prizes.

We will be running the raffle again this year, and need half a dozen prizes. If you can donate a bottle or luxury chocolates then please bring them along on the 27th.
