KITCHEN LEADS – THURSDAY EVENINGS

They like me, on their allocated evenings, will be looking for members to volunteer to help in the kitchen – both with serving refreshments and, importantly, clearing away afterwards.

Please be pro-active and offer your help on the night.  More hands make light work, and if several people help with the clearing away, the job can be finished much more quickly, meaning everyone can get back into the hall for the second half of the evening.  It’s not fair for just one or two people to be left to do it and consequently missing out on part of the evening themselves.

So please, everyone, pitch in and help when you can.  It’s a small contribution from each of us that makes a big difference – and it’s also a great way to get to know other club members.
