Renewing your membership for September 2018

The time of year has come when I need you to renew your membership of Chichester Camera Club by paying your annual subscription.

This year the subscription will be £61, an increase of £1 as agreed. If you have set up a Standing Order for payment then please remember to make this change.

I have sent an email to all club members with details of how to pay but if you have any problems with this please feel free to contact me. The email also gives details of the new “Consent To Use Your Images” process; this is for information only.

As this is my first year as Membership Secretary I would really appreciate your cooperation in making your payments in good time, preferably before the Annual Exhibition, so that we have an idea of numbers for next year, and in any case by September 14th when your membership will lapse.

Please let me know if, for any reason, you will not be renewing your membership this year so that I am able to offer your place to other people on the waiting list. We often get people interested in joining at the Annual Exhibition so I would be grateful if you could let me know your intention before then.
