Annual General Meeting

As previously advised, the 2026 AGM will be held by Zoom on Thursday 7th May at 7:30pm. A Zoom link will be circulated nearer the time. Papers for the meeting are on the Club’s website. After logging in, go to Documents>Published Documents>AGM Documents>2025-2026>AGM papers 2026.

As well as reports from the Chair, Membership Secretary and Treasurer, the papers include proposals for largely presentational changes to the Constitution and Members’ Handbook, as well as the introduction of a Roll of Honour for exceptional service. Importantly, they cover nominations for the key posts in the Club and finally they include reports from the Selection Committee, Programme Secretary and the Special Interest Groups.

If you have any comments or questions arising from the papers, please let me know as soon as possible at secretary@chichestercameraclub.org.uk, so that if necessary we have time to provide complete responses. If possible, we would like to avoid having new questions at the meeting itself, to avoid it becoming too long.
