PAGB GB Cup For Nature

Each year the club enters the PAGB Cup and Trophy competitions with separate competitions for Nature and Open categories. The GB Cup is for PDIs and the GB Trophy for prints.

You may recall that the club won the GB Cup for Nature in March – the first time we have won any of these competitions and maybe the first time that a “southern” club has won one of them.

While we were at the PAGB Print Championship in Newport last week the cups for these competitions were presented by David Gibbins, the President of the PAGB. Unfortunately we don’t get to keep the cup, not even for a year and it had to be handed back immediately after the photos were taken. I did check to make sure the club’s name had been engraved correctly before I handed it back.
