SCPF Div 1 PDI Competition

What a fantastic set of images presented at last nights SCPF Div 1 PDI competition. Great to see so many guests with us supporting their clubs and congratulations to Winchester on a fine win and Chichester for a close second. I also need to mention the judge, Caroline Colegate, who was succinct and extremely fair in her judging, critique and timing. The evening was a real pleasure and I hope like me you felt engaged in the process not just a bystander looking in.

Next week is our Xmas fun competition with Bognor camera club and I hope you’ve all been searching and uploading images for the event. Don’t forget to wear something Christmassy to be in with a chance to win a bottle of wine. I hope to see as many of you as possible next week at the last meeting of 2020, a year we won’t forget in a hurry.

Lastly, we will not be holding any print comps this season as the take up for the proposed print comp plan was somewhat limited. It was felt that with the low numbers we would be unable to hold meaningful competitions, so work is now being undertaken to fill those spots on the calendar. Further details will be announced in future newsletters.
