A hearty thanks to all who contributed to a most successful Spring Exhibition.

The deadline for the entries to the annual Exhibition is12th May and entries are made by uploading to Photocomp our competition upload site now open here http://www.photocompentries.net/?org=chichestercc
Encouragement and help is available to choose images or uploading. Take contact. The Print Group on May 10th is an opportunity to seek advice. It is so important that all members contribute to the showcase for The Club.
At Thursdays meeting the judge Richard Walton and the members present acknowledged that The Club has made a huge improvement in assembling photographs into panels. The judge was extremely good at commenting in depth the twenty or so panels submitted, underlining throughout the “panel particularities” and clearly had some difficulty in choosing winner from the 3 best.
The panel The Beach: Footsteps in the Sand from Sue Nash was considered the most original and justifiably won. A second place to Dave Abbott: Porlock Salt Marsh and third place to Jeff Owen: I Race for Life For…. The panels from John Field and Hilary Featherstone were judges as Highly Commended.
It was nice to see Peter back at the meeting. Welcome back.
As Vice President of the SCPF he presented a framed Certificate to Jeanne Bevis as new member of The SCPF Roll of honour.
He also presented The Club with two Certificates, One for Winner of The Print Championship 2016 and the other for third place in
