Chairmans Blog 16th September
Meeting this Thursday 17th September
We will have a Print Walk and everyone is encouraged to bring photographs to show. Everyone is invited to bring printed images, ANY SIZE or TYPE from HOLIDAY SNAPS to SERIOUS IMAGES (finished or in progress).
We will lay out one table to for each member to display their prints and give everyone time to circulate and look and discuss the images with their authors.
Depending of the number of participants and the room and limited tables we will probably need several rounds giving everyone time to see each others pictures.
Some of the most respected photographers of the club and the selection committee will be on hand to give comments.
Meeting Thursday 10th September
The meeting last Thursday was dedicated to Ken Scott ARPS who took us on a personal wandering in La Alpujarra, an eclectic region of Andalucia on the southern slopes of the Sierra Nevada in Spain showing an insight in his long affection and love of the place illustrated with a collection of images, video clips and music. He radiated his inspiration to the members with his sympathetic approach to putting together a beautiful program about this very special region in Spain. See Kens images on:

The need for a password for the website does not give access to any more and will be needed when competition results are posted and the gallery function is put into service.

We have been requested by our Patron, His Worship The Mayor to provide a winter image of Chichester for their Christmas Card. We will open a download slot for this next week..
We have been requested to deliver seasonal pictures for the St Wilfrids Hospice Calendar for 2017. Deadline will be in April next year.
The Malta Photographic Society here is interested in some form of exchange as part of the twinning of Valetta with Chichester. More information will follow.
