Lots to talk about today.
Epsom Camera Club Invitational Challenge.
Firstly I’d like to congratulate all the entrants from our club who had images in the above challenge last Monday. Particularly David Harris, scoring a maximum 10 for his image ‘Damselfly Mating Wheel (Ischnura Elelgans)’, Ann McDonald scoring a 10 for her image ‘Pelican Takeoff’ and Jim Munday scoring a 9.5 for his image ‘Watching the Storm’, although I have to say all our images were excellent. Five clubs were involved and the image quality was very high. Chichester came second by half a point to the eventual winners Tandridge Camera Club.
Lee Filters Outreach programme.
We have received an exclusive invite to their first Official LEE-Unfiltered Clubs talk which will be held this coming Monday evening the 22nd February starting at 7.00pm. The talk will be with Justin Minns and will hosted by Simon Garratt, Business Development Executive of Lee Filters. Developing equipment.
The club has received a mail from a Mr Graham Dodd who has a full set of 35mm photo developing equipment which has not been used since the 1980’s. All items are in original boxes and include a Kaiser System – V 4460 enlarger. If any member is interested please let me know as soon as possible otherwise it will be going to the recycling centre.
