Data Protection Policy

In line with the new GDPR regulations and guidance from the PAGB we have created a new Privacy Policy or Data Protection Policy which we believe is suitable for camera clubs like ourselves.

GDPR gives everyone the following rights about private data held about them by an organisation, even a club like ourselves:

1. The right to be informed
2. The right of access
3. The right to rectification
4. The right to erasure
5. The right to restrict processing
6. The right to data portability
7. The right to object
8. Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling.

In designing our policy we had to take this into account and look at all the data we hold to run the club, how we process it and how and what we share.
