Weekly Update

Hello everyone. Final preparations are being made for our CCC Annual Exhibition. If you can help out filling any of the vacant slots on the rota Chris would love to hear from you. Please see post below. Membership renewals are due now with a cut off this coming week – please also read the post below.

Key dates for your diary

Thursday 23rd July 19.30 CCC annual exhibition members’ evening – come along and pick up your Certificates of Merit and/or cheer on those who have been awarded following the judging day in June. We will also brief you on what needs to happen to get the Exhibition up and running.

Friday 31st July we will be setting up the exhibition in the morning. The ‘strong-arm crew’ (we will need volunteers) will have collected all the stands and display boards, and all the other paraphernalia we need for the week and the display boards will be erected in the hall.

Print exhibitors should arrive between 10am and 11am and set up their own prints. If you are not able to attend it is your responsibility to find someone to put up your prints for you. Please be prepared to come at 10.00. We cannot be in the room after 11.00 so you will need enough time to put your prints up. Thank you for your co-operation with this.

Friday 31st July 19.00 for 19.30 Annual Exhibition Preview evening. This will include the awarding of trophies both for the year and also for the Annual Exhibition. (Featured image shows last year trophy winners with the mayor.)
