Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held by Zoom on Thursday 7th May 2026 at 7:30pm. Papers will be available not later than 23rd April.

If you would like to propose a topic for consideration at the AGM or nominate someone for the Management Committee or to become a Post-Holder, then in accordance with the Club’s Constitution, you should send a signed and seconded proposal to me (David Pritchard) as Club Secretary by Thursday 16th April. It will also need to be signed by the person you are nominating to say that they accept the nomination. I will be at Tangmere that evening, if you would like to deliver it by hand. Alternatively, let me know by email at secretary@chichestercameraclub.org.uk and I will arrange to collect your proposal.
