Papers for AGM 16th May 2019

The AGM will be held on 16th May commencing at 7:30. The papers are available to view and download here.

Please take the time to read them and print them off before the AGM. Please pay particular attention to Appendices 2b and 3b as these documents contain proposals to help with the smooth and efficient running of the Club. Each of these proposals, if approved, will require a small change in the wording of the Constitution so it is most important that the meeting is quorate.

Please make a special effort to attend.
