WordPress is a widely used system so there are plenty of resources available on the web and YouTube explaining how to do things. If you get stuck it is always worth searching the web and seeing what you find. If you turn up anything useful please add links to this page.
Embedding a PDF into a Post or Page
Note that like PhotoShop, there have been many versions of WordPress over time and so things do move about a bit between versions. However, many of the older tutorials are still relevant although the buttons and menus may have changed slightly over time.
