Proposals for AGM
The AGM will be held on Thursday 16th May. This meeting provides an opportunity for members, should they so wish, to submit proposals for consideration by the meeting. If you would like to submit a proposal this must be in writing to the Secretary, Tim Crabb, by Thursday 25th April at the latest by completing the following form that can be downloaded from here.
You will note that the form must be signed by the Proposer and the Seconder with the actual proposal clearly described before submission to Tim (secretary@chichestercameraclub.org.uk).
