RPS group Tuesday 22nd October
The October RPS group meeting slips a week and is on the 22nd October, rather than the 15th. Otherwise all as normal – come along to find out more about the Royal Photographic Society distinctions, bring work if you’d like to but it’s not necessary. We’ve a number starting to think about the Licentiate, the first level, and a couple of Associate projects in development too.
There’s lots of advice on hand from experienced photographers who’ve been through the system, as well as knowledge of the assessment process from Lorna and Janey who are both current assessors with the RPS and between them cover a number of the higher distinction category areas, such as Visual Art, Documentary and Contemporary.
We meet at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start, in the small hall at Tangmere Village Centre with a cost of £3 for Club members and £4 for visitors.
