Annual Exhibition – Important Information

The PhotoComp web site is now open to upload your images of your prints for the Annual Exhibition (AE). You can enter up to 6 prints with titles of 25 characters or less. The Print boxes will be out each Thursday at the back of the room, the closing date for entries is the 14th May. There are only 2 Thursdays that you will be able to put them in the boxes as the meetings on the 30th April and the 7th of May are zoom meetings.

14th May is also the cut off date for Annual Exhibition submissions
You can enter 6 Prints which can have been submitted in competitions this year but not into any AEs
Information on what needs to be included on the back of the prints are in the guidance to entrants. Please do not have any protrusions (front or back) on your prints which may damage other members’ prints. Remove velcro used in previous exhibitions and check there is no tape or sticky areas.
Titles are limited to 26 characters
Image location should be included if you are wanting to be considered for the 10 mile radius of Chichester award.
Prints must be placed in a bag to separate them from other members’ prints. Please do not use any kind of adhesive material on the bag. Do not wrap each print separately or use print envelopes. Please ensure that submitted prints are placed in the correct box according to print class – Club, Intermediate or Advanced.
You can enter 4 PDIs
The same PDI may be submitted into both the PDI of the Year Competition and into the PDI section of the Annual Exhibition.
The PDI of the year is open to entrants from all classes. Entrants may submit up to two (2) images which have previously been entered into any of the 3 internal PDI competitions during the current season.
