Outcome of EGM on 21st November 2019

The EGM on 21st November was quorate with 58 members attending. The vast majority of members supported the amendment to the proposed change to the Constitution, as proposed by John Bradshaw and seconded by Ann McDonald as follows:

paragraph 6.2.6 of the Constitution will read: ‘The quorum for the AGM will be 25% of the registered membership’ ; paragraph 6.3.3 will read’ the quorum at an EGM will be 25% of the registered membership’

An updated Constitution, dated November 2019, will be placed on the website and will reflect these agreed changes
