1/ We need prizes for the Tombola to be held on both days of the exhibition. Any unwanted Christmas gifts, bottles of wine or spirits, chocolates etc would be very welcome. Please contact Lyn Owen or Carmel Lynch.
2/. There will be the usual Sales table for photographic equipment and associated items such as books etc. Please bring along any items no longer required. Should there be any queries regarding sales, please get in touch with myself. The amount of money raised for the club from this and the Tombola can amount to a surprising amount.
3/ There will be the usual Saturday evening dinner at the end of the exhibition’s first day. This is open to ALL club members and helpers. The cost of this will be £13 for a three or four course meal including wine, Margret Preece will be taking bookings for this at club meetings in the new year prior to the exhibition. However it would be appreciated if those of you hoping to come to the dinner could let either Margret or myself know in advance by email etc to give us an idea of demand.
4/ Finally for those of you exhibiting at the exhibition, please send your bios to Stephen Marsh as soon as possible and certainly before Christmas.
