Many thanks to everyone who submitted their Prints and PDIs for this year’s Annual Exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are introducing a Print Raffle<\/strong> at the Annual Exhibition. Please find a print you can donate as a raffle prize and let Peter Farrelly know the title. mailto:exhibitions@chichestercameraclub.org.uk<\/a> This does not have to be a print from the Annual Exhibition submission, but we will need the print and a pdi by Tuesday June 3rd. Please bring your prints to the club this Thursday. We would be very grateful. The selection committee will choose 5 prints for the Raffle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duties – <\/strong>We have 35 volunteers for stewarding duties, but there are still 35 two-hour slots left to fill! (Featured image: Icelandic Lagoon by Richard Paterson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Key dates<\/strong> for the Annual Exhibition: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday July 31st 7.30 pm to 10pm Pre-exhibition members’ meeting at Tangmere with catalogues, flyers and Certificates of Merit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday morning 8th August – prints set up – please put this date in your diary or ensure someone else will put up your images if you are away. There is a short window that we are allowed in the Assembly rooms to do this in the morning as we incur costs if we over run. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday evening 8th August – preview evening 19.00 – Trophies are awarded, speeches made, refreshments available and a first glimpse at the wonderful exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
