Our past (just) President David Abbott has enlightened us today with some facts from the history of the Club he has spent time researching:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“On this day, 18th August 1949, a few like minded individuals met in the studios of Charles Howard in Eastgate Square and agreed to form Chichester Camera Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So when you have a moment, why not raise a glass to Walter Morgan, Charlie Howard and the other founding fathers of 75 years ago!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I only came across it last evening whilst looking for something else (as one does).”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
