Mike Harris will be looking after the setting up<\/strong> on Saturday.  Please can we have volunteers to help with putting up the display boards at Tangmere at 7.30 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carmel Lynch will be masterminding the refreshments <\/strong>(tea, coffee and cakes) and will be delighted to have homemade cakes<\/strong> (or a donation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madeleine Craggs is organising the raffle <\/strong>so any raffle prize to her or Sarah please. There will be a box at the club on Thursday evenings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are still places to fill on the rota of volunteers<\/strong> so please look on the website and let me know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be space for any cards<\/strong> you might like to put up for sale<\/strong>, with a 10% commission to the Club on any sales made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An exhibition dinner<\/strong> will be held at the Walnut Tree, Vinnetrow Road, Chichester, PO20 1QB on the Saturday evening at 7.15 for 7.30 p.m.and is open to everyone, not only exhibitors<\/strong>.\u00a0 We need to pre-order food so please look at the Walnut Tree website at https:\/\/www.walnuttreepub.co.uk\/restaurant-dining-menus\/<\/a> and send me your order by Tuesday 2nd April at digitalgroup@chichestercameraclub.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 7.30am\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mike Harris and team set up boards in Hall (helpers needed!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8.00 \u2013 9.30 \u00a0Exhibitors put up their images. Please ensure that you are finished by 9.30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Club will provide the Velcro fixings<\/strong> to attach your images to the boards<\/strong>. It is useful to bring a tape measure with you and even a spirit level! The information as to which board has been allocated to you as well as your statements will be on the board by the door to the Small Hall. For newcomers I\u2019m sure there will be plenty of members around to help you putting up your images if needed.\u00a0 Just ask!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
