Have you delivered all your leaflets to friends, family, neighbours, people that you play bridge, ukulele, golf, tennis, drinking games with? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we get closer, here&#8217;s a reminder about key dates and activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This Thursday, July 27, 7.30 at Tangmere: our Members&#8217; Pre-Exhibition meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s your chance to pick up more leaflets and posters; get an early view of the catalogue (and so prize winners!); see some of the stunning PDIs; eat cake and hear all about next season&#8217;s exciting programme. This is the opportunity to find out what you need to know and to ask questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday August 4 : Setting up and preview evening<\/strong> <strong>at the Assembly Room in Chichester<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrive early to set up your panel and check out what what others are displaying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At 7.30 our preview evening starts with cups and trophies for the lucky winners, plus wine and food for everyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday August 5. The exhibition opens at 10 AM.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday August 12 the exhibition closes at 5 PM<\/strong>. Exhibitors come and collect your prints. Please also help the heavy mob to pack up all the equipment and panels.
