I\u2019m delighted to announce that Brian Muir has been awarded his Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society. The assessment panel, which met this morning, couldn\u2019t have been more complimentary about Brian\u2019s submission, admiring the \u2018perfect\u2019 and well presented layout, excellent seeing and Brian\u2019s confident use of contrasting dark and light. It is they concluded, \u2018a very strong panel well up to L standard\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
