Thank you all for sending your hanging plans to Kim. It looks as if the Exhibition will be one of the best ever!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s just 1 week to go now with several things to be done, so here is a reminder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. An exhibition dinner<\/strong> will be held at the Walnut Tree, Vinnetrow Road, Chichester, PO20 1QB on the Saturday evening at 6.45 for 7 p.m.and is open to everyone, not only exhibitors.\u00a0 The Walnut Tree have changed their menus for parties.\u00a0 I have written a separate post for this.<\/li>
  2. John Howes will be looking after the set up<\/strong> on Saturday and will need some strong arms to assist him – volunteers to John please!<\/li>
  3. Carmel Lynch will be masterminding the refreshments <\/strong>(tea, coffee and cakes) and will be delighted to have homemade cakes<\/strong> (or a donation)<\/li>
  4. \u00a0There will be space for any cards<\/strong> you might like to put up for sale<\/strong>, with a 10% commission to the Club on any sales made.<\/li>
  5. I will be asking people on the day to help with front of house and card sales.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Timetable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Saturday \u2013 \u00a0 7.30am \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 John Howes needs team to collect posts and stands\u00a0 from Ann<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      8.00am        Set up stands in Hall<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      8.30\n\u2013 9.30  Exhibitors mount their images<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      10.00am      Exhibition opens<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      4.30pm       Raffle Draw<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      5.00pm       Exhibition closes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      7\nfor 7.30 p.m. Supper at the Walnut Tree<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sunday –      10am\n         Exhibition opens<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      3.30pm       Raffle Draw<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      4.00pm       Exhibition closes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Exhibitors clear up! John will return posts and stands to Ann with help<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Club will\nprovide the Velcro fixings to attach your images to the boards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The\ninformation as to which board has been allocated to you will be on the board by\nthe door to the Small Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
